You'll say its my own damn fault for watching Bill Maher in the first place, and you'll probably be right, but this week's was especially annoying: like, you have an actual LGBT guest on in the wake of Orlando in Josh Barro (coincidental, of course; this week's guests were listed at the end of last week's show) and every time he opens his mouth to say anything (including, at one point, on the specific topic of religion and homophobia) he's cut off by the military guy or the gun nut. Ugh.

I got to the point where I would put up with him because he'd have some really good guests, but I haven't been able to handle it (other than a few clips linked here and there) in about 4 years.

i've enjoyed watching some of his shows over the years but the man himself is p much a dud, always annoying and off-puttingly smug even when he's saying something i agree with
