congratulations (n/a), Monday, 13 April 2009 21:33 (seventeen years ago)

In between seasons right now, I think they're signed on for at least one or two more.

mh, Monday, 13 April 2009 21:34 (seventeen years ago)

Yes, pls watch. Although Hulu cut it down to 5 episodes from the whole series at a time, vs. having most seasons up for viewing at any time (they've done this with a lot of shows). Most of them are on DVD, though, and it's worth a Netflix rental starting from the first episodes.

Dennis was in Crank, playing the nervous doctor before Jason Statham electrocuted himself on purpose.

On St Patrick's Day there was a dude wearing a Green Man suit! My friend took my picture with him! She needs to send it to me already.

Nhex, Thursday, 17 September 2009 22:56 (sixteen years ago)

Except for House and Mad Men, every show I love watching comes on Thursday nights now. My dvr can't handle it all!

Johnny Fever, Thursday, 17 September 2009 23:23 (sixteen years ago)

Was excited about the comedy tv I watched tonight, then I remember that Sunny makes everything else weaksauce by comparison.

Mac and Dennis arguing as a gay couple about power bottoms and power tops, OMG!

boring movies are the most boring (Eric H.), Saturday, 19 September 2009 20:24 (sixteen years ago)

the reprise of the top/bottom discussion was the highlight of the episode!

musically, Sunday, 20 September 2009 05:41 (sixteen years ago)

Mac chucking that beer bottle at the bike guy was the highlight of the series.

Darin, Monday, 28 September 2009 18:54 (sixteen years ago)

This show is all about the details. Dee comes back with a new car, and it's a coral-colored Ford Aspire.

Also, I love that they never even made it outside metro Philadelphia on their trip to the Grand Canyon...and it took at least 24 hours.

Johnny Fever, Monday, 28 September 2009 19:02 (sixteen years ago)

callback to "Mac and Charlie Die" was also great

Nhex, Monday, 28 September 2009 21:35 (sixteen years ago)

The whole episode was completely predctable and absolutely fantastic.

Britain's Favourite Carp (I DIED), Monday, 28 September 2009 21:41 (sixteen years ago)

The whole episode was completely predctable and absolutely fantastic.

Totally!

Mac: I'm just going to scare him with this beer bottle.
Charlie: Man, I did NOT see that coming.

Darin, Monday, 28 September 2009 21:57 (sixteen years ago)

Did anyone else see one of the live shows? It was great, luckily they added a few new songs so it wasn't just a complete rehash of the episode. They also burned about 30 min by playing an entire episode before the show, the sound was crap and everyone was laughing so I think I missed about every other line.

musically, Monday, 28 September 2009 22:45 (sixteen years ago)

had to watch it a second time to catch charlie's line about 'I EAT LOTS OF STICKERS'.

wolverine is like FIGHT CLUB GOT A RIGHT TO SPEAK HIS MIND (nickalicious), Tuesday, 29 September 2009 05:44 (sixteen years ago)

Laughed so hard at the two new ones. I've never watched the show while it's been on, but I'm completely on board for this season. All of the gypsy - Italian market stuff was ridiculously funny.

Mordy, Monday, 5 October 2009 22:51 (sixteen years ago)

o man not sure how i missed this for so long but i just burned through the entire run in a few days and i am TOTALLY ON BOARD omg

ice cr?m, Thursday, 8 October 2009 02:58 (sixteen years ago)

Yeah, I'd heard friends mention this show but didn't get into it until a couple of weeks ago. Now I've marathoned through seasons 1-4 and NEED MORE.

Mordy, Friday, 9 October 2009 04:47 (sixteen years ago)

Mary Lynn Rajskub has a long comedy history, y'know.

Johnny Fever, Friday, 9 October 2009 04:53 (sixteen years ago)

I think I did but forgot. The scene where Frank turns into a burping geyser of beer btw: I LOLd so hard.

Mordy, Friday, 9 October 2009 04:54 (sixteen years ago)

Darin, Friday, 9 October 2009 06:08 (sixteen years ago)

Mary Lynn Rajskub as Dee/Dennis' cousin is a great bit of casting.

Glad to see Artemis back next week, she was awesome last year.

Michael F Gill, Friday, 9 October 2009 17:19 (sixteen years ago)

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Supporting Characters Poll

ice cr?m, Friday, 9 October 2009 18:00 (sixteen years ago)

Is this the most quotable show ever? This weekend, we all kept asking, in the context of the group, who we thought we were. "The Sheriff of Patty's." Also, "We're crabmen now! We live off the fat of the sea!" And, "Come get free money, Shanties!" and "No one likes to have to salt another human being. It's a horrible, horrible thing to do." It might've helped I was in Philly over the weekend.

Mordy, Monday, 12 October 2009 05:01 (sixteen years ago)

i honestly feel there aren't enough shows that capture Philly the way this show does

Nhex, Monday, 12 October 2009 06:27 (sixteen years ago)

Despite the fact they are all degenerates, the show really makes me want to move back home to Philly.

Mordy, Monday, 12 October 2009 06:28 (sixteen years ago)

finally watched this for the first time. i loled.
