I grew up in Packer territory and now live in Seahawk land and the difference in die-hardness of the fans is staggering.

Last fall one of my students casually mentioned her father being a Seahawks coach, then later that he used to be a 49er, like it wasn't a big deal. I looked him up and realized he's got four superbowl rings from the Joe Montana era.

The Seahawks bandwagon in Vancouver, BC is nuts. Seahawks hats as far as the eye could see around the time of the Super Bowl win - much, much rarer site this season.
