Michael Rapaport surprise appearance on the Wrap Up Show today was so great. Gary was getting down on himself saying he could never get laid on tinder because he's "ugly," and Rapaport went on and on about how good looking he is. Rapaport's podcast is so much better, Artie's is too depressing.

i can never get through more than 10 minutes of the wrap up show.

me neither - but Rapaport makes it essential listening. the actual show has been a bit boring this week. Rapaport eviscerating Gary is always amazing.

@calstars - gary brought up the "tan mom wasn't discovered by howard" argument against wack pack status today on TWUS, and he argued that she had her 5 minutes three years ago and would never be heard from these days if it weren't for the show. i can't believe there's any debate, she might not be sympathetic but she's 100% wack pack

hmm. I'll grant that she's wacky. But it's not like you hear about Beet or Bigfoot in any context other than the show. I don't think the same can be said about tan mom. But anyway, all good...

I don't think he's going to retire, I'm nervous he'll leave Sirius, but even more nervous that he'll radically alter the structure/format/length of the show. An interviews only TV show would be such a bummer.

Anyone that thinks the show has become politically correct is dumb as a wall. Richard pouring beer into his asshole, Tan Mom vs. a transgendered ex-cop, Caitlyn Jenner jokes, ISIS hotline, cancelling all visas... Artie's comments are spot on in that piece - it's a personal & artistic evolution. His Dylan comparison is apt.
