i guess i'm wondering if "new outlook" isn't intended to help let the judge know, when deliberating on what hogan should be awarded, that shutting down the site with a massive judgment is unnecessary? or is Grawker protected as a different entity?

My impression is it has more to do w advertisers who don't want their brand associated w gawker bc of its various controversies.
