idk i think alex hated her, he was sort of egging her on for entertainment value but there was definitely some side eye to it. i lol'd when she was going on at great length about her amazing work for charity yesterday and alex just cut her off.

the camera is on a regular contestant in the intro for about 5 seconds but it lingers on the champion for about 20 while they complete the full spiel. watching her start dancing and then realizing that she had to keep going almost made up for watching her dancing.

didn't stopwatch those numbers, could be miles off. you get the gist

Yes!!! I think there was one instance where the guy got some kids lit question and Alex was like, "The stay at home dad *should* get that one right and it was just awful.

i haven't seen the dancing but from that video she's just really excited and, as alex said, energetic? i dunno. if there's something wrong with that, there's something wrong with me and i kinda refuse to believe that.
she may be a corny dancer but otherwise i see nothing about her that would suggest she's a horrible person, extreme rush fandom aside (lol)

AT has quite the reputation as an old horndog who is constantly hitting on contestants

holy shit this episode where trebek's voice is all re-recorded and overdubbed is weird as hell

Yeah, I've heard Alex say "we don't penalize for spelling" re: Final Jeopardy many times, and the guy clearly knew the answer. WTF?

iirc you can misspell but in this case he misspelled to the point of dropping a syllable and was disqualified for that reason
