momus wasn't banned. he left before registration and i think before anyone was genuinely banned (or temp banned). becky lucas was the first time i can remember mod consensus that 'action is necessary' but they didn't ban her (they did do some cool thing where there was a message that said 'don't engage w/ becky lucas' that showed up for everybody but b3cky luc4s). they did some clever things w/ c4lum also, like he would be starting threads and they would only show up for him. he did change his username like crazy so maybe he was quasi-banned. pre-registration it was very difficult to ban someone. i'm trying to remember if strongo banned anyone or if he just deleted threads.
