I would say that whenever I had to go make the donuts at my donut-making job. I would say that in a Lenny from "Of Mice & Men" voice.

Little bits that fall off the fritter in the fryer and then go through the glaze = nomnomnom. They should just sell those, little baby fritter meteorites.

I find food photography to be one of the least appetizing things on the PLANET, I just thought I'd mention. Whenever I see "food photography" it makes me NOT want to eat, and not in the "it's so pretty I can't eat it" way, but in the "it's shiny and sticky like a placenta" way.

That fritter isn't so gross though.

I tried to get a fritter, but everywhere around work only has faux-French pastries, like five kinds of croissant, but NO cake doughtnuts, no fritters, no bearclaws, no coffee cake. THE TERRORISTS ARE WINNING, WHAR IS THE AMERICAN BAKED GOOD??

I don't eat croissants except when walking, due to crumbs.
