Fame is really growing on me, kind of like a fouler Alyssa, what with her oblivious dorkiness.

Plus her support for Katya in the previous episode was awesome.

Sad thing about Ru's Trixie engineering is that it deprived of us of her Snatch. I was daydreaming about alternatives, like eliminating Max earlier and keeping Trix and then bringing Max back after SG so that we would've been spared her Needles.

Although the theme was already done to death, Fame did such an amazing job with Kandy's makeup. Most of the time I couldn't tell them apart.

Absoluteleeeee! I had to work to remember that Kandy is really short.

I'm amazed at how the show could predict what happened with Trixie. What if people didn't care about her? It was a risk, but they must have been so happy when they saw the reaction online to Trixie's elimination knowing what was going to happen later. (x-post)

I agree with what everyone said. Katya was awesome, so was Ginger. Fame is gorgeous and a bit clueless. The contrast is fascinating. Pearl looked amazing, not ugly at all! One of her best looks actually. Lipsynch was pretty boring though.

I liked Violet in the challenge. Anyone else thought she kind of looked like a Maya Rudolph character? And her runway is ALWAYS on point. She has really grown on me with each episode.

Violet's a lot more enjoyable now that she's loosened up in the workroom. If Drag Race was solely runway, Violet and Fame would be top 2. Thankfully it's not that show lol.

has anyone seen Fame's new music video 'Rubber Doll'? Production is GORGEOUS...she looks amazing (she lacks a bit of conviction but hey, we knew that already). The song is ok. I don't like it as much as Alaska or Adore, but just the LOOK: holy shit, fucking sickening

"Rubber Doll" is surprisingly not bad! Reminds me a bit of "Toxic".

The lipsynch was shockingly bad. The song selection didn't help things but Pearl, honey... what are those dance moves? At least she was selling it with conviction, which is more than could be said for Fame. Yes, dear, your face is flawless. We know. Yawn.

Getting a little peeved at how few good lip sync battles there have been this season. Lotta double elimination missed opportunities tbh.

I partially blame the song selection.

i dislike when the queens have to lipsynch for a pop singer guest judge to the current song they want to promote. the songs are mostly very bad and i mostly do not care. it's boring. i know ru needs to get these checks somehow but it really fucks up the climax of the episode in my damn humble opinion.

but even so! the song was so confusingly out of step for a john waters episode. literally any other song would have been more appropriate

Last week's was pretty great for the conjoined twins, too. But, yes, this trend of current pop divettes getting some random throwaway song no one will ever know by heart must stop.

as a gay nostalgia junkie i am v embarassed to admit that this show has introduced me to a lot of mid 80's freestyle pop jams that were maybe Top 10 but didn't necessarily hit #1 and were probably all over the radio at the time but aren't played that much since. I think being born in 1987 gives me a free pass, though.
