A great parent is always there. Firstly, because it is illegal to leave your child by their self. Secondly, if little Jonathan should start getting crabby because his parents have chosen to forsake any personal connection with him in favor of building a rocket ship, someone will need to get that child into a body of water immediately. The Atlantic, preferably 20 miles or so off the coast, seems appropriate for Mr Crabbypants.

Now I know this punishment may seem a little too strict for some parents, what with all the swimming to shore while dodging sharks, but lets not forget, Jonathan is unlovable. Straight up. Even if he does make it of out of the ocean alive I would still chalk this up as a positive experience for a parent afflicted with an unlovable child, refusing to love that child; and in the process learning to love themselves instead.

By the way, Jonathan, building a rocket is literally rocket science. Think about it.

I love those printed throws, I feel like it is only a matter of time before they start selling blanket printers that can make those. Which I will purchase immediately.

This isn't a FB thing but it was pretty amazing. On Valentine's Day i drove by a church that had this on their sign:

"God made the 1st Valentine with 2 boards and 3 nails."

©Oz Quiz© (Adam Bruneau), Monday, 16 February 2015 18:01 (eleven years ago)

okay, you're going to need at least four nails

"You're gonna need a bigger board."

Doctor Casino, Monday, 16 February 2015 18:06 (eleven years ago)

Yeah I thought 4 nails too but I looked it up and apparently the church widely believes in Green Crucifixion.

©Oz Quiz© (Adam Bruneau), Monday, 16 February 2015 18:10 (eleven years ago)

assuming the cross is held together with rope, rather than more nails.

Doctor Casino, Monday, 16 February 2015 18:12 (eleven years ago)

Death by crucifixion is kind of a shitty way to spend Valentine's Day, even if you do come back to life 3 days later

silverfish, Monday, 16 February 2015 18:14 (eleven years ago)

you gotta give the rope credit then

the plight of y0landa (forksclovetofu), Monday, 16 February 2015 18:42 (eleven years ago)

That church was spitting on the grave of St. Valentine the Martyr.

Aimless, Monday, 16 February 2015 20:22 (eleven years ago)

It was because then as now I was struck by how those questions sounds more like a clinical taking someone's medical history to find out when they became a sad egg than suggesting that stopping those things led to depression.

I haven't put on a suit since first confession

xelab, Saturday, 21 February 2015 23:27 (eleven years ago)

a well-tailored suit advertises one's ability to pay a lot of money for an item that can only be worn to advantage in situations where sums of money are being made or spent. [/obvious]
