well, the grandfather (Thomas J. L0ftus) died in 2011, so that's a possibility, although it would be somewhat belated in the elder Thomas's case.

this is some interesting food for thought, Hammer Smashed Bagels — thanks!!!!! if Tommy is Wayne, then maybe the mass was offered for him because he had a lingering illness (or he was overseas, or...). but I still think it would be unusual to request a mass intention for a deceased person and a living person simultaneously.

obviously this all hinges on WaynesCrew610's "R.I.P. Wayne", so hopefully he'll come back and clear things up. apologies if my internet detective skills aren't up to snuff.

You guys were right. Loftus was a great dude and us, his friends, are a bunch of cunts. He was the kind of dude that would do anything for anyone and loved to make people laugh, often at his own expense. He was obsessed with this thread and would call us up when there was a rather amusing comment or picture left on here. We're sure he was just happy to be a source of entertainment for so many people. He was talented and caring and we were all lucky to call ourselves his friend. More to come guys, before Diehl found this thread again we had already planned on meeting up this weekend so when we get together, we'll figure out some good stuff to post here. Cheers!
