I would say that whenever I had to go make the donuts at my donut-making job. I would say that in a Lenny from "Of Mice & Men" voice.

Little bits that fall off the fritter in the fryer and then go through the glaze = nomnomnom. They should just sell those, little baby fritter meteorites.

I find food photography to be one of the least appetizing things on the PLANET, I just thought I'd mention. Whenever I see "food photography" it makes me NOT want to eat, and not in the "it's so pretty I can't eat it" way, but in the "it's shiny and sticky like a placenta" way.

That fritter isn't so gross though.

The best free food job I ever had though was working at this artsy little movie theater, because I'm a popcorn addict.

I learned from Zillions, Consumer Reports for Kids, that the milk in photos of cereal is usually Elmer's glue. God, Zillions was my fave magazine as a kid, but I was one smug little priss constantly reciting its factoids. It was like being a prepubescent Adbusters douchebag.
