Saving a project on OS Elements is a snap. Just go to terminal, type SAVE [NAME OF PROJECT], and then retrieve it later from its new location at users/yourname/library/files/en/_1/Elements/Snap/yourfile.ra

I don't even know what I'm talking about. I just really miss the Content-Aware tugging thing sometimes when I'm at home.

Why iOS 8 on iPhone 5 ruining battery life? E.g., first thing today a 30 minute phone call took it from 100% to 16%.

Wait! I figured out today's problem.... The charger cable wasn't plugged into a power source. so it wasn't actually at 100%. Jesus.

Though the fact remains that post-8 update it goes below 20% by the end of a workday whereas it used to only dip to around 40% most days.

iOS 8 turned on a bunch of location service, background updates ish that I had turned off which drain battery life

update burned my data plan, and i had an overage for the first time ever.

i'm not sure what to force off to stop using my bandwidth. i think twitter is the worst offender?

u can check settings > cellular, scroll down for individual app usage, at least on verizon

u cn turn off image preview on twitter too

Sterl do u not have wifi at home and/or work? Using wifi whenever possible is the best way to save bandwidth.

yeah i use it in both places. was on the road a bit this month plus the commute.

So turns out Costco does have the 6 and the 6+ for a slight discount (like $20 or so off), although I don't know if it has all of the memory sizes
