New Apple Lust Objects for 2010 and onward

Apple today updated its App Store review guidelines ahead of the launch of iPhone 6 and iOS 8, adding sections for new features such as extensions, HealthKit, HomeKit and TestFlight. Additionally, Apple tweaked its introductory remark to specifically call out "creepy" apps as unwelcome in the App Store.

"We have over a million Apps in the App Store. If your App doesn't do something useful, unique or provide some form of lasting entertainment, or if your app is plain creepy, it may not be accepted."

foresee nerds srsly freakin' out over this perceived new sensitivity to creepiness in society.

Not so much nerds, but the skeezy "entrepreneurs" who hire them to build apps.

Now that I've had an Android for almost a year, I don't think I'll go back. I'd originally said I would when iPhone had a bigger display, because they definitely have the better selection of apps and the better o/s, but now I'm totally used to the Android environment and the urgency to switch back has pretty much evaporated.

I'd be fine with android I think except apparently the os creates insurmountable latency issues with synth apps? and I am hopelessly addicted to making music on the train etc.

I've been SMH for the last two years, Apple not making a bigger iPhone. Millions of people globally made their first smartphone purchase an Android phone specifically to get a larger screen, and most of those will likely stick with it for the rest of their lives. I use iOS, but also Windows on my laptop, not because I think it's better than a Mac (it's not) but because I don't feel like learning a new OS.

None of the live feeds (including Apple's) are working for me. Can anyone point me to one that is?

I feel like I'm the last person in the world who doesn't like the trend towards ever larger phones. Do most people not put their phones into their pants pockets anymore?

It is sort of amazing how many phone models Apple has now committed to producing that seem to exist for no other reason than to drive people toward the more expensive concurrent models.

I just wear super baggy pants and use my ipad as my phone
