I didn't really want to be like "here's what I pay in rent" but my rent is only slightly higher than that for a 2 bedroom off 7th Ave.
I mean it's probably not the norm (I think we got a little lucky) but it exists. (xpost)

xp - we were surprised to find it tbh. mostly were looking in Ditmas Park, Windsor Terrace and Kensington. this was like a year and a half ago.
