I kinda wonder if the larger iPhones are gonna have better battery life since they can stick in bigger batteries now. I wonder how much more power the larger displays draw

resolution independence is never gonna happen. Retina double-sizing does what Apple wants.

iOS 7 does have much better auto-layout stuff, but even so if they change the aspect ratio a lot of shit's going to break. Unless they put letterboxing on old-style apps, maybe?

android seems like it might be more flexible because it has to be

I half bought it until they were like "well, the iPad has retina resolution!" and then they released an iPad mini with the same amount of pixels

hey markers the number of desktops/laptops being used on the reg probably pale compared to iDevices now but you have to realize people do use them

unless you are assuming that everyone just owns a Windows desktop
