I am realizing that I like this show less when it tries to make me take these characters seriously/care about their problems. I just want the lolz. Which Broad City delivers more consistently anyway.

girls is hilarious too though. hannah storming into ray's bedroom saying "everything's my business" was lol

her bursting in like that didn't really make any sense though

I liked the crate of "ADAM'S CREEPY SHIT" in Ray's apt

scene was weird. it didnt seem clear that she was trying to get fired, really. kinda seemed like she was just being a brat with no aim in mind. like, obv she was going to be fired, but she didnt express relief when it happened, really - and there was no real gearing up for it. it just flowed weird imo

Yeah I think you're supposed to read it as Hannah expressing her anxieties over her relaysh that were amplified by meeting with Lippone, suicide-by-WAKE-UP-SHEEPLE, but the scene didn't flow well at all

I think that a cameo appearance by Jim Florentine of VH1 Classic's That Metal Show was literally the thing i would least expect on Girls, so good job Lena!

yeah i think this is what's going on with her and it's in character. i think she is aware of the social norms she violates; part of it is an entitlement thing i think. i think hannah has unusually high confidence levels.

I know she said in an interview that she wanted to be in front of the camera less, because she has more fun writing/producing/directing or something?

Really enjoyed her interview on WTF. I'd really love to watch this show someday.

Jessa's storyline was heartbreaking as is, so I can't imagine how good it would be if it didn't revolve around a character that was introduced one episode prior to the finale.
