i watched that bronies documentary thinking it was going to be about something depraved and its just about nerdy kids into a really well written, well animated cartoon that is traditionally for girls, and their shitty dads who make them feel like shit about it

having had to deal with Bronies on occasion (I decided to organize a MLP CCG tournament at one of my shops, etc.), they're pretty much all nice and polite, no more awkward than the D&D or Magic nerds. Maybe they all secretly go home and jerk off to Derpy but they just seem like kids who needed something to unite around and picked MLP.
