The margaritas a bit weak and sugary but ok. I'm going to have two. The book is "the hare" by cesar aira and it rules.

Im reviewing shantytown next month (a new english translation.) haven't read that one yet but im psyched. The only aira i've finished so far is "the story of how i became a nun" and i think thats the place to start, because it's funny and bleak and twisted.

18 minutes until movie starts. Mildly buzzed, alone in the mall. Bearded dudes with gague earrings were rude to me earlier and i think it might have been related to my pink shirt.

cleared my bookmarks, took a bath, listening to the house techno. happy with the color of my sony earbuds, they're pale pink and they go well with everything.

watching like my eighth episode of mtv's "ridiculousness"

i have friends here but we are all kind of in cell phone/laptop mode now + i'm sure they will dip soon and i'll be alone here with ridiculousness

got home from the movie about twenty minutes ago. it was fine... for some reason i thought it was going to be less of a suspense thriller and more of a meditation on death and infinity. i liked the parts where sandra bullock slipped out of her space suit in zero gravity because it reminded me of both alien and barbarella... two of my favorite films ever. bout to raid the liquor cabinet and then watch some breaking bad.

We went to the drive-in and saw MACHETE KILLS. In-N-Out burger afterward.

i kinda like folding laundry, but i know you're a podcast person so perhaps try listening to one at the same time? i've done that before

I have done that before too! It's nice, but I find that I prefer visual stimuli for folding versus listening
