Bowie, PWEI, Sister Machine Gun, Eminem, Alizee, the Eels, the Faint, Radio Iodine, Belle & Sebastian, Van Morrison, Neil Young. I like Christina better than Britney, the Beatles better than the Rolling Stones, and Elvis better than either.
The best movies I've seen this year were Annie Hall, Zoolander, Fight Club, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the Bad News Bears, the Empire Strikes Back, and You Got Served.
Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck, and Dead Like Me just ended their seasons, so the only show really grabbing me right now is Lost. I've been downloading episodes of Fastlane since it looks like the DVD set for that will probably not come out until just after He's The Mayor does.
The best books I've read this year were Bridge of Birds, It Must've Been Something I Ate, The Whole Beast, The Box Man, Ball Four, Things Fall Apart, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, and the conclusion of the Dark Tower series.
I don't think I have any favorite actors or actresses.
I had some great French fries with lunch. Moxie is terrific. Pies are good. Duck is the king of meats.
Baseball. Only a few months till pitchers and catchers.
My firstborn child, regardless of sex, will be named Theo David Varitek Schilling Tep.
I'm out of tequila. Scotch. I made gin and tonic truffles the other day, though.
I haven't been able to get acid since before the drought, and don't bother with the pansy-ass shit.
Haven't smoked in eleven months.
Part-time student beginning thesis, part-time writer shopping several books around.

Sundar -- I suppose one has to look at that show in perspective, i.e. compare it to all the other programs that were out there during that time period. Perhaps at that point and time, it was the most provocative program around, and perhaps with the passing of time and the creation of numerous other programs, it has lost that allure. Which means that if you still love that program, hey, it's still quite all right.
(At least it's not as embarrassing as having once enjoyed DeBarge's "Rhythm of the Night" is. Um, not that I ever did that, no, no way.)
