Even if the internet now offered a free in-depth tutorial about how to find everything on the internet you might want to know, many tens of millions of people who have not taken that tutorial would not be able to find it and take it. Additionally, information simply existing somewhere is not equivalent to being taught that information in a coherent manner, with feedback about how well one has mastered the material.
