Bitters + soda is a favorite. Regan's Orange bitters are especially nice, but angostura is classic.

angostura bitters does wonders to lemonade, yes, and the alcohol content is minimal. combining it with carbonated water sounds positive. may have to give that one a go

personally, I'd just add extra water to less-blended fruit, so it is pulpier -- agua fresca style
