the 5c's are way uglier, also the phone knows its color so the backgrounds are coordinate w/ it, sooper uggz

They're ugly imo but it occurred to me that if they become widespread they will be incredibly visible and striking in public. Which I guess could be good inasmuch as getting attention is good.

the case with holes is sort of a cool idea although I think they could have chosen better colors. I wish they had something like that for the 5s that took advantage of the silver/gold part on the back.

pro tip your phone is smoething you are gonna throw away in 2-3 years, no need to bother w/ a case for it

I agreed with this logic right up until I shattered the screen on my phone and had to have it replaced

I sell mine after two years tho and the better it looks the more its worth xp

i haven't actually seen a screen shatter in person so i dunno if cases actually protect a phone from having its screen shattered, i dropped my 3gs probably at least 30 times in its life, have dropped my 5 like 10 times at least, never broke a screen

i just flush my iphone down the toilet when im done with it so i dont really care how it looks

mine fell off of a window sill and landed flat on its front, completely shattering the screen and rending it almost unusable without making tiny lacerations in your fingertips; it was the first time I'd ever broken a phone screen and it made me so angry that I almost forgot about my prodigious hangover

lets suppose you can only get $200 for an iphone 4 w/ scuffed up edges, that's $100 divded by 27 months, or 4 dollars a month, thats how much it costs to use your iphone 4 w/o a case and to feel its sexy glass against your skin....mmm......

i use the most lo pro case on the market anyway (incipio feather) and refuse to put anything on the glass cos it feels nice so i get it.

the only argument i can see for using a case is that steve jobs never used a case and he got pancreatic cancer, so if u don't want pancreatic cancer u should use a case, otherwise if u don't care about cancer like me go caseless

I dropped my old iphone at least 50 times and the one time I didn't have it in a case the glass shattered immediately; I got my new one on Monday and the 24 hours of naked phone before the case showed up was a period of constant terror.

the iphone 5s cases fit the iphone 5 btw, if any iphone 5 owners are interested in a fifty buck case that smells of isopropyl alcohol leather

I actually kind of like the blue leather case

they certainly feel nicer than any of the third party cases i've looked at, and fit the phone pretty well (as you'd expect)

I have an orange rubber case that's rounded, but it's not bulky. I like colors.

Mavericks is pretty incremental but seems like a nice update so far. Safari seems faster than Chrome again, for the minute

Safari on an iPad 2 running the latest iOS doesn't load embedded youtube videos on ILX and several other pages. As the page loads, there'll be a black box that appears for a second or so where the embed should go, but instead of the embed appearing it goes white/blank. Is that a bug or do I have to enable something? No problem with the same objects/pages on an iPhone 5 also running the latest iOS. Never had that problem before he upgrade to iOS 7.

Also I catch and pull up the bottom of the screen menu several times an hour while trying to scroll, which is annoying. Can that menu be disabled just within Safari?
