maybe the guns in the trunk restaurant ricin opening are from after he's already done everything he's gonna do, after which he took the gun from the nazis and put it in his trunk and now he's gonna eat the ricin

we're all assuming he's gonna go after the nazis but i wouldnt put it past this show for them to not be the target at all

Walt murders his family

walt buys that gun and goes to catch a screening of 2 guns and takes the ricin while watching it

he did say that he was gonna go get the nazis? so...

presumably Walt gets away from NH somehow, phones Beaver, says "I need an assault weapon and a car, meet me at Denny's", they do the swap, then Walt drives to his house to get the ricin

he said he was gonna get the nazis BEFORE his NH adventure, he didn't say anything after he saw the Charlie Rose show, which seemed to have altered his thought process significantly.

if hope the last episode isn't just about walt trying to reclaim the 6/7ths of his fortune that the nazis took

how Walt gets across the country without a car is kind of a mystery to me

or maybe he was just switching cars, I dunno

i doubt it will be just about that but i suspect it will be partially about that xp

i guess the reason that would disappoint me is that everything in this show has been driven by a sense of urgency... whether you're "team walt" or not, it's always been about him trying desperately to survive, or not get caught, or protect someone, etc. etc. "walt goes hunting for his wounded pride and some cash he left behind" just doesn't have that tension.

He might have bought a car with some of the 100000$ he had in his box.

I agree it kind of sucks - but it seems like Walt trying to get back at the Nazis for stealing the Heisenberg fortune and fame is the only motivation he seems too have...

Going to shoot up Grey Matter seems really unlikely - I mean basically he's just a garden variety psycho rampage killer if he's running around shooting up science nerds with a giant gun

Going to shoot up the DEA because everything got fucked up when Hank was shot is just crazy

Lydia - sure as a package deal with the Nazis or if Skylar tells her about Todd's threat, but not a motivation on her own, she's just a middleman doing bizness

Jesse - motivation = Walt's mad at him for just having been tortured and meth-slaved instead of getting killed like ordered?

There's two cars: the Volvo at the beginning of 5a, and a Buick or some other GM dealie at the beginning of 5b. The Volvo definitely has NH plates, don't remember if the GM does or not.

just rescreened 5a opening, walts at the dennys counter arranging his bacon, beaver walks in walt follows him to the bathroom gives him a fat envelope and beaver gives him keys, walt goes to parking lot takes a bag from the trunk of a volvo w nh plates and puts it into the trunk of an old american car which he opened w the keys from beaver, theres a sick ass huge gun in the trunk along w ammo and an instruction manual

it's not a big deal guys I was just wondering why he buys a car from the gun dealer - presumably he had a car that got him to the Denny's, so he wanted a new one I guess or something? it's totally not important
