hahaha perfect
― Kissin' Cloacas (Viceroy), Monday, 26 August 2013 00:05 (twelve years ago)
Ooh that just made me wonder how many babies have been Holly by this point?
― Kissin' Cloacas (Viceroy), Monday, 26 August 2013 00:06 (twelve years ago)
Watching last week's again...how stupid was it to blindfold Lydia but let her keep her phone? Durrr.
― cops on horse (WilliamC), Monday, 26 August 2013 00:44 (twelve years ago)
or for that matter, not asking what the "problem" was before opting to leave the 'underground meth lab' to investigate.
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 00:45 (twelve years ago)
i like that Lydia is the charmingly awkward woman who just happens to awkwardly get people killed.
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 00:46 (twelve years ago)
well maybe not charming, just awkward
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 00:47 (twelve years ago)
As awful as Walt is, I don't want the Lady in Purple, aka Marie, yelling at me.
― first I think it's time I kick a little verse! (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Monday, 26 August 2013 01:17 (twelve years ago)
if hanks the kingpin y would he need his cooks $ 2 pay his medical bills
― johnny crunch, Monday, 26 August 2013 01:39 (twelve years ago)
in this hypothetical scenario maybe it would've been post falling-out so if the money would've been in a caymans bank account like it was for mike & the other dudes, i suppose he wouldn't have had access to it?
― seriously, THIS GUY (daria-g), Monday, 26 August 2013 01:44 (twelve years ago)
Man, that was the awkwardest hug ever. It brings up the question for me of how much Walt believes his own bullshit. Given the nature of his "confession," I mean, probably not much. But still.
― zchyrs, Monday, 26 August 2013 01:44 (twelve years ago)
that was stupid
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 01:53 (twelve years ago)
Yeah -- he should have insisted on a phone that's not Hello Kitty.
― first I think it's time I kick a little verse! (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Monday, 26 August 2013 01:54 (twelve years ago)
let's just keep stealing things from Jesse until he gets the hint
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 01:55 (twelve years ago)
I'll just accept it and move on but yeesh
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 01:56 (twelve years ago)
did they not follow thru on moving the pine air fresheners up front?
― johnny crunch, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:01 (twelve years ago)
JESSE HOLD ON A SEC NOW
― zchyrs, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:02 (twelve years ago)
jesse mad
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:10 (twelve years ago)
wait can somebody break down this one for me? who actually took the fuckin deus ex machina smoke from Jesse and when?
― combination hair (underrated aerosmith bootlegs I have owned), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:11 (twelve years ago)
hule did it both times
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:13 (twelve years ago)
Huell took it at the end of season 4 to make jesse believe that Gus had poisoned the kid with Ricin, when he did a patdown at saul's office xp
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:13 (twelve years ago)
kinda unsatisfying thing that requires a depressed high dude to suddenly have a realization no? or no? idk I was just like "hold up how do you miraculously just get clarity on this just now"
― combination hair (underrated aerosmith bootlegs I have owned), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:19 (twelve years ago)
yeah it was kind of a reach in logic, I kinda felt the same way. took me a moment cuz his elocution was fucked when he said "poisoned Brock".
also lol at Huell getting easily overpowered by Jesse on his trip back into the office.
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:21 (twelve years ago)
the realization was obvs brought on by the 2nd pick pocketing but i think jesse was primed by the recent realization that walt was just 100% full of shit and psychopathic
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:23 (twelve years ago)
yeah - lol @ huell having no idea what to do, i liked that
so is walt jr at home right now?
― seriously, THIS GUY (daria-g), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:23 (twelve years ago)
haha I didn't even know Saul's bodyguard's name, nerds
― first I think it's time I kick a little verse! (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:24 (twelve years ago)
heul doesnt seem really mobile enough to be of much help in that sort of situation
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:25 (twelve years ago)
Walt Jr breaking down at his dad telling him his cancer was back broke my heart. He still loves him to pieces, but he has a son of a bitch for a father and doesn't even know it.
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:25 (twelve years ago)
also lol at the very theatrical waiter in the taqueria
"I got this part on Breaking Bad! well...I'm supposed to try and sell guacamole to Walter White. No...I mean real guacamole."
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:26 (twelve years ago)
didn't jesse correctly infer that walt poisoned brock to begin with, & walt BSed his way out of it? do i remember that right?
scene with waiter guy reminded me of office space
― seriously, THIS GUY (daria-g), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:31 (twelve years ago)
i found the waiter wholly realistic
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:32 (twelve years ago)
It's just not very plausible that they would just assume Jesse is so dense that they can pickpocket him twice. Saul's too smart for this but oh well.
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:34 (twelve years ago)
it resulted in Jesse pouring gasoline in walt's house which is a cool development for sure
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:35 (twelve years ago)
lol daria me too.
the whole thing was that Jesse guessed ricin was what the kid was poisoned with, and then it turned out to be Lily of the Valley (or w/e it's called), which Walt had in his own backyard, but Jesse assumed that the kid had just eaten just random flowers and that it was a weird coincidence.

idk it was just a snap decision by saul
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:37 (twelve years ago)
What was it about the cigarette pack that made Jesse realize he had been pick pocketed?
― More Than a Century With the Polaris Emblem (calstars), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:38 (twelve years ago)
next episode i'm waiting for the camera to pan to the elderly neighbors walking into the living room and looking on in horror while a crazed guy with a hoodie and shaved head is pouring gasoline in their house.
― Neanderthal, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:39 (twelve years ago)
my take was that he couldn't find the drugs that was in his jacket, but he found his regular cigarettes, which triggered him remembering that is where he used to keep the ricin, which triggered him remembering....
yea weak plot point
Ah so Ruell pickpocketed the weed
― More Than a Century With the Polaris Emblem (calstars), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:41 (twelve years ago)
Huell?
― More Than a Century With the Polaris Emblem (calstars), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:42 (twelve years ago)

I think based on what they did and the consequences of it that pretty much every time Jesse was in the office they'd be walking on eggshells
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:43 (twelve years ago)
they've all consistently underrated Jesse though
― first I think it's time I kick a little verse! (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:43 (twelve years ago)
When Jesse discovered the missing ricin cig last season, what made him think it was Walt behind the poisoning?
― More Than a Century With the Polaris Emblem (calstars), Monday, 26 August 2013 02:44 (twelve years ago)
ya saul def thinks jesses an idiot
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:46 (twelve years ago)
I also don't buy that ultra-efficient ruthless secret identity guy would care that jesse has a pinch of weed in his jacket
― Matt Armstrong, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:47 (twelve years ago)
yeah who knows
― lag∞n, Monday, 26 August 2013 02:50 (twelve years ago)
not trying to defend the scene really it def smelled a lil weird
I thought Jesse had a replacement/facsimile, and that Huell stole that one too, on Saul's order, because Jesse couldn't be trusted with it (mainly if he committed suicide, as seems fairly likely, an autopsy report of *ricin*, so possible *terrorist* might stimulate penetration of new ID). And it turns out that AMC's recap of Season 5 pt. 1 incl. this: Jesse, meanwhile, is preoccupied over the missing ricin cigarette. Walt agrees to help him look for it and stashes a fake in Jesse's Roomba, having hidden the real vial behind an outlet cover in his own bedroom.
