I went to the EDC place and it was hilarious and the sales guy was over eager to please and yet didn't really know anything

he was every bit the modern gentleman though, from his thoughtful outfit to his firm handshake

the other place i just looked through the window of while they were closed one day. i decided i could never set foot in a place that had COURAGE AND STYLE on the exterior of their establishment. it's funny too because its right next door to an actual legit antique store full of perfectly good artisanal masculine americana.

i had a haberdash shopping bag w/me the night i met gr80 in chicago!

i hate small stores and especially fancy ones cause social anxiety but the haberdash sales dude was super nice, helped me pick out some jeans, it was all good.

i live a block away from isle of man, i go in twice a year and look around and never buy anything

when I see a dude in a tasteful plaid shirt, some raw dark denim, & red wing boots, i think to myself "that looks like a man of courage."
