the one where he's pushing his kid in the buggy, spots the bottle of frosty jack then walks away from it bellowing. that one's amazing. almost sounds like he's taking the piss out of his son as in the first clip you can hear his son chattering on going "blehh blehh" then the final scene is limmy running away yelling BLEEHHHH BLEHHHH

I laughed at "@serafinowicz A nice, relaxing half hour" in response to the Limmy Vines YouTube. It's like a sometimes-funny, sometimes-terrifying anxiety attack!

I think Phil is my favourite WoG character - the mock-English accent captures perfectly a kind of strained, bullshitting search for pleasure and status. Someone who sounded just like him used to advertise a shopping centre/food-court/nightclub complex somewhere in London which promised top brands!, decadent lattes!, and 'twisted entertainment'.

And Benjamin is everything the show Nathan Barley was trying to do but actually works

Getting close to my second 300 Vine compilation. Don't worry, I'll chop out all the bread stuff. But the judge stays in.

wish there was an easier way of watching his vines. i know there's that link to them all on a big page but it's still unwieldy trying to get them in chronological order. determined to do that before he releases his next 300 on youtube

I haven't been able to see what he's been tweeting since he blocked me for no reason a few months ago. It's partially a relief as he's one of those that seems to sit all day every day on Twitter and tweets constantly. Some of his tweets are brilliant but when he gets on a roll about being obnoxious about something it can be tedious having to scroll through it all.

he deleted all his tweets a few days ago too. annoying for a signed-up fanboy like me who hangs on his every word - means i missed his gta stuff, what was he saying? been a few things over the past few months where i thought 'hmm you've not really thought that through' but mostly im in agreement with him - or if not agreement, can see what he means but shy away because it's just too dark/cynical

ha wonder why he blocked you? i do kinda buzz off that, how he's so brutal and harsh with his blockings. did you tweet anything at him? the 'getting on a roll about being obnoxious about something' is a real line in the sand for a lot of people it seems, i usually enjoy the relentlessness of it. ie. tweeting every couple of days about get lucky being the sound of the summer never fails to bring a mini-lol

i enjoy his twitter, he obviously uses it excessively, but that's because he's a tv writer/performer who has a young kid , no friends, and mental health issues and spends most of his time at home fannying about on the computer. also because he is a bit of a self-confessed bam-up merchant/troll.

his vine has definitely gone downhill quite a bit, but it would have been difficult for him to keep up the early quality.

I was playing my nephew some of his dafter vines and when one of the ones where he encourages his kid to just go nuts shouting came on, my sister just glanced over and wistfully said "oh, his poor wife"

ftr it was repeat playing of the "I'm gonna sell you this today notfortenpounds notforfivepounds notforthreetwooronepound bat for free - FER FREE?! - fer free" one that almost got me divorced

he's said recently how he's busy working on stuff til the end of the year but no clue as to what it is other than a vague mention of a sitcom. be interesting to see if he can pull it off - he's so skilled at the short intense blast, wonder if he can stretch it out to 6 x 30 mins. also if he'll be using dee dee, jacqueline etc, if he's playing most the parts himself - would actually prefer this for the sheer fuckedupness, no one else in the entire show except limmy dressed and made up in various ways

guess some of the world of glasgow were around 20-30mins so he does have some decent long-form stuff

In the What's Your 'Hing sketch, what does Limmy suggest to the guy at the store? I can only make out about 40% of what he says after "you know what you could do..." (I'm from the U.S.)
