does this mean even more screaming in season 6?

kenan, Tuesday, 5 June 2007 18:06 (nineteen years ago)

Haha, is that article implying that she hooked up w/Sheryl Crow?

Jordan, Tuesday, 5 June 2007 18:08 (nineteen years ago)

I know, the construction here is mindboggling:

Though the Post's report says that the official word is "very amicable, and no other parties are involved," the announcement follows closely upon "An Inconvenient Truth" co-producer Laurie's well-publicized tour of the US with rocker Sheryl Crow, who just adopted a child.

nabisco, Tuesday, 5 June 2007 18:11 (nineteen years ago)

Yeah, I didn't get that either. Maybe that she was banging what must surely be THRONGS of male groupies on the road? And what's with pointing out that she has made some of her own money?

kenan, Tuesday, 5 June 2007 18:12 (nineteen years ago)

"Though they claim no one else is involved, LARRY DOES KNOW THIS CHICK NAMED LINDA IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN"

That one guy that hit it and quit it, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 20:00 (eighteen years ago)

Larry destroys smoke alarm in first five minutes. Hmmmmm. Wonder how the episode will end?

Pleasant Plains, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 20:32 (eighteen years ago)

one of the funniest eps of all-time.

Jordan Sargent, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 20:33 (eighteen years ago)

schmohawk dried my tear ducts.

Jordan Sargent, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 20:33 (eighteen years ago)

SPOILAH CROSSED OUT

Until a few days ago I thought the last season was, err, the last season. Did he come back from heaven at the end? I can't even remember now.

Will M., Tuesday, 11 September 2007 20:45 (eighteen years ago)

Yeah. Borat and Tootsie kicked him out of heaven.

It is kinda interesting to see Cheryl and Larry getting even more cross with each other since Larry and his real wife have split up.

Pleasant Plains, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 20:56 (eighteen years ago)

yeah, who woulda thunk. the smoke detector was as hilar as it was broad, but the ep got pretty old after the first few mins.

gabbneb, Tuesday, 11 September 2007 21:12 (eighteen years ago)

My enthusiasm is beginning to get curbed.

Jeff's wife punching Larry in the chest was funny, tho'.

Pleasant Plains, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 18:20 (eighteen years ago)

nice to see curb taking a cue from ilx.

Jordan Sargent, Saturday, 22 September 2007 04:43 (eighteen years ago)

"IM THE BARACK OBAMA OF TAPPING THAT ASS"

Jordan Sargent, Tuesday, 16 October 2007 20:18 (eighteen years ago)

this new series relies on wild coincidence (the exterminator guy / dog rat thing was waaay too much) more than it should but other than that its great, much more genuine lols than the last one or two series

NI, Tuesday, 16 October 2007 20:56 (eighteen years ago)

I did enjoy hearing Tim Meadows say FUCK YOU.

Pleasant Plains, Tuesday, 16 October 2007 22:01 (eighteen years ago)

two weeks pass...

"I have a very discerning penis". The bald Jeff episode was k-classic.

I've missed a couple of episodes though and wtf? Did Cheryl leave Larry or something?

Matt DC, Sunday, 4 November 2007 18:28 (eighteen years ago)

Steve Coogan will be on tonight's episode!

Spencer Chow, Sunday, 4 November 2007 18:30 (eighteen years ago)

the last 2 eps were really great

gabbneb, Sunday, 4 November 2007 18:32 (eighteen years ago)

Did Cheryl leave Larry or something?

yes.

"long ball larry" is a classic.

J0rdan S., Sunday, 4 November 2007 18:34 (eighteen years ago)

Steve Coogan sucked.

caek, Wednesday, 7 November 2007 11:09 (eighteen years ago)

Slightly deus ex machina, but I liked it.

I guess that's it, huh?

Pleasant Plains, Tuesday, 13 November 2007 05:46 (eighteen years ago)

For this year. I heard two more seasons, at least.

marmotwolof, Tuesday, 13 November 2007 06:27 (eighteen years ago)

Yay!

If Timi Yuro would be still alive, most other singers could shut up, Tuesday, 13 November 2007 08:23 (eighteen years ago)

I really like the Leon character, whom I guess will be returning now. It's great the way he eggs Larry on; Larry listening to his advice and repeating " . . . eat Snickers . . . trash . . . " is the funniest thing I've seen on this show since the "You ate our Lord and Savior!" episode.

Leon is fucking funny.
*Larry explains how he wants him to mug his wife's therapist*
"Yeah! I'll do that shit!"

Or the episode with the baseball jerseys. Or the one where the deaf woman's husband thought it was Larry on the phone.

one year passes...

I have to read an old copy of The Sun in the local Chinese takeaway to find this out?
Cast of Seinfeld to star in Curb

Say what you like Professor Words (Ned Trifle II), Tuesday, 10 March 2009 19:10 (seventeen years ago)

Wonder if they'll reference the Richards meltdown

fwiw (rockapads), Tuesday, 10 March 2009 19:13 (seventeen years ago)

six months pass...

You can't make an empty gesture to a Funkhouser.

Andrew "Nice" Clay (Pillbox), Monday, 21 September 2009 16:05 (sixteen years ago)

I thought that episode was hilarious.

chap, Monday, 21 September 2009 16:56 (sixteen years ago)

"Don't condescend me with your tiny pear."

chap, Monday, 21 September 2009 16:57 (sixteen years ago)

haha, pretty outlandish with jeff fucking bam-bam but pretty great

cutty, Monday, 21 September 2009 16:57 (sixteen years ago)

cheryl looked HOT

cutty, Monday, 21 September 2009 16:58 (sixteen years ago)

and it was great to see leon

cutty, Monday, 21 September 2009 16:58 (sixteen years ago)

Has Bam Bam been in it before? I haven't seen every episode.

chap, Monday, 21 September 2009 17:00 (sixteen years ago)

bam bam is new.

otm on leon's return!

Andrew "Nice" Clay (Pillbox), Monday, 21 September 2009 17:01 (sixteen years ago)

cheryl pretty much always looks hot. i would smash repeatedly and forever

xxxp

surfboard dudes get wiped out, totally, Monday, 21 September 2009 22:11 (sixteen years ago)

Thought this was great as usual, seems to be carrying on from the last series in terms of being slightly darker, the Jeff/Bam Bam scene was hilarious but I was genuinely shocked as well

Roger Sánchez Broto (vain_bowers), Tuesday, 22 September 2009 09:55 (sixteen years ago)

Yeah I thought it was pretty strong. The flirting scene between Jeff & Bam Bam at dinner was great. Also appreciated Catherine O'Hara's raspy Funkhouser voice.

WARS OF ARMAGEDDON (Karaoke Version) (Sparkle Motion), Tuesday, 22 September 2009 15:58 (sixteen years ago)

This season is killing it so far. Two vintage eps in a row.

chap, Monday, 28 September 2009 13:01 (sixteen years ago)

yep

Andrew "Nice" Clay (Pillbox), Monday, 28 September 2009 14:28 (sixteen years ago)

Leon going back to his room to eat his sandwich was classic. I hope Cheryl moves back in & we can have Larry/Cheryl/Leon fireworks for the rest of the season.

Andrew "Nice" Clay (Pillbox), Monday, 28 September 2009 14:30 (sixteen years ago)

i completely missed like two years of this somehow, I had to go back and rewatch the last four episodes of last season to figure out who these people were. I still haven't found out why Cheryl left him (although I suppose any assumption one makes about this probably works fine).

akm, Monday, 28 September 2009 16:34 (sixteen years ago)

You are combined in this shit now with me, goddammit. We are Lego! We are like a fucking Lego-set right now, we are fucking interlocked together. We fucked her!

Øystein, Monday, 28 September 2009 18:36 (sixteen years ago)
