Greg Turkington... I totally did not make the connection! Of course that's Neil Hamburger, right? He is so so reserved on "On Cinema, At The Cinema" I didn't even realize it.

Did anyone else watch Time & Eric's Bedtime Stories on Halloween? It was basically split into a really dumb, Three Stooges-inspired 'haunted house' skit co-starring Zach Galifianakis, followed by a "Talking Dead"-style 'Wrap Up Show' where they discussed the previous bit. It was inspired in places. Apparently it's the pilot for a regular Twilight Zone-esque series coming next year.

i shat my pants way too hard watching this. maybe it was the big bag of unsalted peanuts but anyways : ggghosts! yikes! can't think of a hotter way to get scared.

i thought season 8 was great, but so was the denouement of this season i thought, really great stuff. love this monstrous character tim has created. and the six bags cinema, food ordering before movie reviews, and truffle aioli stuff was really overdone (in that good way).

i think my favourite is still the season when tim moved to jackson hole

Buffy the Vampire Slayer was filmed, for the most part, in a quonset hut at Stewart and Olympic. And it's an adventure to rig in a quonset hut.

I like the weird cosmic occult horror direction they took with Brule. 2 Wet Crew gets a special shout out, too, their web shorts are like a microdose of LSD. This whole scene is my favorite thing in comedy for the past 10 years.
