What's the maximum margin for an automatic recount? Allen's lead is now 13,000 but only three-fifths of a %-age point.

I'd say that there's a chance Snowe flips, but I doubt it. She may follow the Lieberman route of staying with her party, but seeking a larger role as a centrist/independent power broker.
