I started watching about 3 seconds before Bale's 2nd goal and that was great entertainment - injury time was crazy end-to-end stuff all the way to the 99th minute.

For real that was an incredible performance from Bale today.

at the risk of sounding ungrateful, Bale having a great game playing through the middle and/or on the right does kinda make you expect a run of eight games or so where it's a profoundly unsuccessful tactic
