why he make fun of yoorpeen countries so much. maybe it's "affectionate" but hard to spot affection in above strip.

I can't think of any others to fit your example other than the thing about UK slebs which was pretty completely harmless - they went on holiday to Berlin some time back and if there was a message it was 'lol tourists'
