sorting can be interesting, it's the re-shelving after listening that's boringcataloging is boring eg putting them on discogs to sellpackaging records properly you've sold is the boringest of all

i almost went with this and then i thought about all the times riding the train is neither boring nor pleasant and didnt but i think the right answer is 'looking out at the countryside from a moving train' or something close, same thing with car windows really, thats a dull but enjoyable thing, time and distance passing
