loved the pranks and that ending, as corny as it might be really came out of the blue. pete proposing in front of a limo on a fire, with popcorn fireworks to top it off was just crazy. this show really is going out in style (it has been confirmed that this is the last season right ?)

seems a bad fit. would love to see fxx pick it up, would fit in nicely there and give them something w/ a built in audience (kinda lol) that's not nearly as exhausted as sunny

USA seems like a decent fit, and they get some of the best ratings for 'light cable fare' out there, would be a smart move if they're getting into half hour comedy.

Happy Endings wouldn't fit in at ALL with the FX comedies imo.

I just saw that USA is set to air Modern Family repeats beginning in the fall, so I could see them pairing that up with this.

That might be part of the deal to get Modern Family.

same snarky look at these awful ppl m.o. - post-seinfeld template. different in that it's decidedly less bro skewed than sunny or the league (and i'm guessing whatever other shows fxx will have)(seriously did the workaholics guys even pitch fx?), but if fxx wanted to broaden their audience w/o really changing their voice this would work. would like it in the fox tuesday slot even more. thought don't trust the b was the perfect partner tbh. has a network picking up another network's sloppy seconds ever really paid off? only example i can think of is jag (and when you throw in ncis wow did that pay off) but beyond that i can't think of anything that was an outright hit ie much bigger than buffy on upn.

yeah i've had no idea how cougar town's worked out tbh, and i guess there's been plenty of examples of that happening w/ cable though usually there's some more blatant nerd element involved - stargate, mst3k.

I think one of my bigger disappointments if this show doesn't live on will be the loss of my feeling of vindication at Casey Wilson getting a decent series after Lorne fired her.

started watching this with the episodes on hulu, so basically late season 3. two questions:
1. do they acknowledge that casey wilson's fiancee looks EXACTLY like young brad pitt?
2. do they acknowledge that you can't really have food trucks like that in chicago?

yep that's where suspension of disbelief fails with this show.

yeah last two were great, love this cast so much. really hope this isn't it, i was never mystified when 30 rock or even arrested development weren't hits but can't figure out for the life of me why this isn't a hit. in any case it gave casey wilson a second act and showed that go figure elisha cuthbert is more than a ridiculously pretty face. if this is it i hope cope and wayans work together again, such a great team.
