recently i've had many thoughts about quitting the gif game because it's kind of a ridiculous hobby, time consuming, and it's not really going anywhere. but then every once in a while something nice like this happens and i'm pulled back in

i'm fighting the urge to redo those anatomical gifs and make them a little smoother!

It's pretty amazing that they are still in use, and pretty much work no matter what OS or browser you use. Animated gifs even show up on smart phones, don't they? I feel like they'll be around until HTML itself starts going away.

How do you do that rotating? Cos the only way I've found has been make a layer, duplicate it, rotate it 15 degrees, duplicate that, rotate it, etc. Is that really the only way in PS?
