i mean, i don't like studio porn and all the things that entails (from the type of men that usually star in that stuff to the way they are shot to the things that happen [i.e. i rarely if ever watch porn that depicts anal]) -- which isn't to say that i don't watch professional porn i.e. porn that you have to pay for or is done by a company or w/e but it's much smaller-scale/independent things. corrigan-level porn doesn't do much for me.

Do the Corbin Fisher/Randy Blue single-scene types count as "studio porn" along with the Falcons and Bel Ami's? They have no pretence of a storyline or anything like that, but they're pretty slick and clean looking, employ multiple cameras and whatnot. Plus, the guys are usually very jock-y. I've heard other people decry studio porn, but I've never been able to get a straight answer on whether the issue is with the type of models employed (twinks, jocks) or the slickness; like, is there something about the grungy, shot-from-a-MacBook-cam amateur aesthetic that feels more intimate and thus, for lack of a better word, real?

And yeah, i get that of all the things that I overanalyze, this is probably the thing that least demands it.
