Kinda blown away by how great Casanova is. I remember him as sort of a joke contestant from his season, but he seems like he legit has a chance to win this time.

i love him personality-wise a great deal, I love how excited/terrified he is by every new devleopment or announcement. I just got bummed by his terrible runway performance. I don't remember him being THAT much of a mess last time?

i love love loved this challenge! no idea what half of them were thinking though. Emilio's was rad, Anthony's was rad, Ulli's was pretty cool but I hated that baggy/drop-crotch on the male pants.

part of me wanted Laura to go home so badly for hers. like I was a bit upset that they kept her. It was like the saddest interpretation of Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation Dancers...but with chiffon and horrible, awful things that should never be done to fabric. Like, that was the kind of design that makes me think someone is better suited to cookery. Fucking egGREGious.

As someone who started this thread, I was always going to love the looks in this episode. Emilio pwned so hard, he ran away with the competition (and his female model definitely is Aminat from ANTM), but I still liked about half of what the designers made. Uli's were hott, and I actually liked Althea's Trek uniforms, and even Josh's (which weren't that androgynous). Hell I even liked Kayne's female outfit.

Ivy's male look was good for a lol. But sorely disappointed that she did not rise to Josh's bait.

Also, the opening credit sequence where Laura, Casanova, and Ivy strike poses in sequence is possibly the campiest thing this show has ever done.

Laura's lucky the others were so bad, hers was not at all flattering on her model. At all.

Yeah, at first couldn't believe that Laura was in the top, the shoulders and neckline were all sorts of wrong.

I did warm up to Josh's bralette, but I have to try hard to ignore the Carnivale diapers.

Really was interested in how much AR's and Uli's designs weighed though, so much junk on both.

Emilio's dress looked kinda like a taped-up apron made into a dress. The color on her was the only thing going for it

Joshua deserved to win (I guess it's that time in the season where he rehabilitates his image), but omg Uli is so fiercely overdue for a challenge win. What's more, she's been bringing teh lolz, both "She wants an Uli dress for her friend's vedding" and this:

Totally awesome episode, btw, even if the "Oh we can't decide between a serviceable dress and that awful print" was a transparent ploy for DRAMA (and there's no way they spontaneously hit on the idea of a deconstruction tiebreaker, I'm positive they had it planned, it's just too engrossing and DRAMA).

Josh's was clearly terrible, even with Uli's lining/pedestrian design issues
