carl agatha, I guess I picked on Bayless because of his frozen foods line of products. I ate at an iteration of the Frontera Grill in CHI and was not blown away, but it WAS at least better than donkey sauce. It was lunch and I ordered some kind of cart sampler, too, so it could have been my lack of ordering skills.

The Frontera frozen pizzas are really good. Actually, I like the sauces too.

Mostly though I just really love any pizza probably.

there are totally exceptions but having spent a long time in the restaurant industry and knowing ppl that have spent even longer, there is definitely a certain system in place that seems to encourage abusive and tempermental behavior
