Suarez getting the dive in early

Number None, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:08 (thirteen years ago)

That was a clear penalty, no?

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:12 (thirteen years ago)

he manufactured it

Number None, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:15 (thirteen years ago)

Kellogg's manufacture my cornflakes but they still make for a stonewall breakfast

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:20 (thirteen years ago)

Aw come on! They make a meal of it!

onimo, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:30 (thirteen years ago)

Liverpool all molars up front. It worries me, getting towards the half-hour without a breakthrough after a start like that.

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:33 (thirteen years ago)

lol onimo

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:34 (thirteen years ago)

worries me, I tell you

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:44 (thirteen years ago)

Cracking goal

Mountain Excitement (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:44 (thirteen years ago)

really nice finish

onimo, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:44 (thirteen years ago)

almost two

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:45 (thirteen years ago)

great hold up play by ba great run by ben arfa great strike by cabaye

mizzell, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:45 (thirteen years ago)

Uhhh. Newcastle didn't have much of that 'til late on, but when they did attack they would have three or four guys standing around in plenty of space.

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 16:51 (thirteen years ago)

sprinkler malfunction was pretty funny

Number None, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:04 (thirteen years ago)

Enrique on some reverse Midas tip today

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:07 (thirteen years ago)

I honestly don't know how you ref that Sterling tackle now

Number None, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:13 (thirteen years ago)

What a finish!

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:25 (thirteen years ago)

extraordinary

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:26 (thirteen years ago)

that's ridiculous control there. Wow.

Algerian Goalkeeper, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:26 (thirteen years ago)

a 'fifa' goal for sure

Algerian Goalkeeper, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:27 (thirteen years ago)

That was some goal from nothing. The ref is shocking though. Think Pardew's fucked it with his changes now.

CraigG, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:27 (thirteen years ago)

Oh man Shelvey

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:27 (thirteen years ago)

Why are Liverpool suddenly able to repeatedly get in behind Newcastle?

Mountain Excitement (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:31 (thirteen years ago)

And yet sterling and sahin don't even have a yellow...

CraigG, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:42 (thirteen years ago)

jesus collocini coulda done some real damage there if he had connected fully

Algerian Goalkeeper, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:42 (thirteen years ago)

Not that the Colo challenge wasn't horrific, btw

CraigG, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:42 (thirteen years ago)

i think the intent was the difference between that and the other fouls

Algerian Goalkeeper, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:44 (thirteen years ago)

i agree the other 2 shoulda been yellows but there was nastiness about that one

Algerian Goalkeeper, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:48 (thirteen years ago)

I didn't want the old Jonjo Shelvey back

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:48 (thirteen years ago)

Yep, and that justifies that as a red, but doesn't justify Sahin's inability to time a challenge correctly, and after 4 or 5 very late challenges still hasn't been booked. And Colocini is the only booking of the match, when both sides should have a couple of yellows.

CraigG, Sunday, 4 November 2012 17:48 (thirteen years ago)

in another, better world where Suarez doesn't exit...

Number None, Sunday, 4 November 2012 19:49 (thirteen years ago)

exist even

Number None, Sunday, 4 November 2012 19:49 (thirteen years ago)

you also need to add the goals from all those penalties that haven't been given

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 4 November 2012 19:54 (thirteen years ago)

the popular idea that he isn't a goalscorer has to be shelved now i guess. btw how were liverpool today? i had a rehearsal so i missed it. another day to hope the only problem is a lack of finishing skills?

Heterocyclic ring ring (LocalGarda), Sunday, 4 November 2012 20:05 (thirteen years ago)

kind of exciting and promising on the one hand, bereft of ideas and far too rushed on the other. as confusing as ever. suarez was incredible.

Chris, Sunday, 4 November 2012 20:09 (thirteen years ago)

it's really hard to know what to make of them this year

Exclusive – Mackie: QPR have the quality to stay up talkSPORT

this sounds like it would be enlightening

Nilmar Honorato da Silva, Sunday, 4 November 2012 20:14 (thirteen years ago)

And finally I come round to the prevaiing point of view at Loftus Road. Fuck off Hughes.

In the 88th minute I shouted to ask (with no expletives) whose fault it was we weren't going to win this one. He turned round and gave a volley back. Sadly I didn't hear any of it.

Then we get this self-deluding tweet from Fernandes: "A game of 2 halves. Players getting used to premier league and different type of teams. Keep calm we will come good. Plenty of time. Many opps to win the game. I'm calm. Won't please everyone. But as I keep saying stability is key."

Getting used to the Premier League? Boswinga? Traore? Ferdinand? Nelsen? Zamora? Cissé? Hoilett? SWP? Park? Plus the players who were with QPR last year?
