my favorite is that they just spent all this time showing how nice Mitt Romney is, and then had Clint Eastwood come out and say "don't vote for someone just because they're nice"

i got the impression that clint does not really love republican party but for whatever reason felt compelled to do to participate in this (maybe for his career? maybe they kidnapped his pet?) and so he drank a lot of alcohol, got on stage and tried to convince himself and the RNC to vote for romney bc fuck it, that's what we're going to do, even if you shouldn't vote for a guy just for being nice, but you gotta throw the other bum out so let's do it, yeah! no i won't shut up.

when u guys listen to these do u actually complete the syntactical relationships between words making sentences in your head? i can't pay enough attention to do more than notice when a couple interesting words are used together in sequence

which is what made Obama's speeches in 2004 and Reagan's in 1976 so marvelous as orations.

there are literally zero excited people in that enormous room atm

like, you had no idea where they'd go yet they spoke in sentences. Rubio talks like a 10th grade B- speech class student.
