I trimmed my leg hair this summer for the first time. It was just too out of control and I wanted to wear shorts without looking like albino Teen Wolf.

i did a full body trim with the bf like a month ago or so. first time i ever manicured my legs/thighs/arms. took forever... bonding experience tho.

i need to do again soon.

it depends, certain areas. you don't have to do it all! but targeting specific things can go a loooongg way

just one of those buzzers with the different settings. 3/4 are magic on most areas.

Agreed. The 3 or 4 setting on most cheap vidal sassoon-style clippers works just great.

well blades definitely not, but that's totally different

my arms and legs are very hairy, i think they look better trimmed down a bit

i take almost all hair like head hair -- should be managed on a routine basis

yeah we just used an electric razor w/ adjustable settings. actual real razor shaving is really gross to me tho.

Also, I can think of no more prominent reason I would like to be in a relationship than to have a mutual grooming partner.

obv there is no one-size-fits-all answer, but I lean toward absolute minimum hair-grooming always.

I thought I would like to have a beard in my youth but then I found out you have to manage it! What's the point? So I always have 3-6-day stubble now.

well thankfully body hair doesn't grow back as fast as facial hair so it's less of a commitment

surm, did you say you own an Epilady? i bought one (i forget the brand, but not actually Epilady) and i'm pretty happy w/ it for managing my sparse, patchy, asymmetrical chest hair.

I can't imagine how much that would hurt.

yup i have a epilator by Braun. it is really really good for certain things, sooo smoooooth. i've also had one of the most painful experiences in my life with it. live and learn!

anyway, it doesn't really hurt. it just feels like moderate abrasion.

The only tattoo that truly hurt was the one under my arm, and it hurt like crazy for the entire time, which was about an hour.

It itches just after a trim? I feel like trimming avoids the itchiness caused by shaving which is just....uncomfortable. Did that once + never again.

I shaved pubes after a case of crabs twelve years ago...I dunno what was worse.
