Oh I mean of course any e-reader would be drastically improved by the TeX line-breaking algorithm, but on the other hand, where the fuck does "but yet" come from?

I guess it does seem strange to force justification without hyphenation. They could have made that an option, right?

I wonder why they haven't nabbed TeX's H&Js, like you say. InDesign 1 was doing that in real-time on a 500mhz G3; there's surely enough power and time to do it during a page refresh on kindle. I must be missing something.
