Fuck a fucking Pride IMO. My apartment overlooks on the parade route and I failed to escape town this year, so I sought refuge in a friend's apartment in Logan Square. She and her friends wanted to go, but they wouldn't go without me, so I felt like a spoilsport.

Now that that shitful weekend is done with, it's only 6 months till the emotional devastation of Xmas. Just realized yesterday that my two most hated times of year are 1/2 a year apart almost to the very day.
