Trayce (trayce), Thursday, 19 August 2004 03:51 (twenty-one years ago)

At last I've managed to get off my arse and get some image space, so here's me posing for ilx0r's pleasure.

Chewshabadoo (Chewshabadoo), Thursday, 19 August 2004 05:59 (twenty-one years ago)

You... look startlingly like Norman Blake from Teenage Fanclub.

Trayce (trayce), Thursday, 19 August 2004 06:15 (twenty-one years ago)

If I wait two and a half more hours, they'll start selling beer and wine again. So close, and yet so far.

roger adultery (roger adultery), Thursday, 19 August 2004 06:54 (twenty-one years ago)

You... are teh evil!

But, at least you didn't say I look like Bryan Adams which someone used to do...

Chewshabadoo (Chewshabadoo), Thursday, 19 August 2004 07:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Anyway, here's another one of me, this time at home, in my normal moody bastard guise

i'm thinking of turning this into a partwork, like those magazines - every month another couple of square centimetres. collect the set.

Dan I. (Dan I.), Thursday, 19 August 2004 07:53 (twenty-one years ago)

I don't really have a hunched back, I swear. It's just the shirt bunching up.

Dan I. (Dan I.), Thursday, 19 August 2004 07:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Ooh good, now I'll be able to recognise Chewshabadoo when and if I see him in our shared 'hood :)

I was looking at the first lot of pix trying to detect whereabouts in Btn they were taken, then realised that actually you're in Germany or somewhere...

Archel (Archel), Thursday, 19 August 2004 09:53 (twenty-one years ago)

...at the Sophien Bar (from memory) on Sophienstrasse in Berlin

It's an interesting place in the Mitte district. Interesting because in the mid-80s the DDR government decided to move some of the more picturesque buildings around East Germany that had survived the war into one street to celebrate the 750 year anniversary of Berlin.

I'm drinking some schwarzbier, beer fans.

Chewshabadoo (Chewshabadoo), Thursday, 19 August 2004 11:33 (twenty-one years ago)

sorry its a bit blurred, but here is a different pose

cooper streaks (gareth), Thursday, 19 August 2004 13:59 (twenty-one years ago)

not good

the neurotic awakening of s (blueski), Thursday, 19 August 2004 14:54 (twenty-one years ago)

A bit cult of Gareth.

Alba (Alba), Thursday, 19 August 2004 14:55 (twenty-one years ago)

He looks like he's running for a bus, while trying to hail it.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Thursday, 19 August 2004 14:55 (twenty-one years ago)

i mean i'm sure others will disagree - but i saw that and instantly thought something very bad that i can't say here but will reveal to you tomorrow night or something. i am evil today.

the neurotic awakening of s (blueski), Thursday, 19 August 2004 14:55 (twenty-one years ago)

surely it's an elvis pose. thangyouverymuch, goodnight.

mms (mms), Thursday, 19 August 2004 14:57 (twenty-one years ago)

Gareth looks like a dictator making a scary speech.

Leon Czolgosz (Nicole), Thursday, 19 August 2004 15:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, but what about that specific photo?

Matt DC (Matt DC), Thursday, 19 August 2004 15:08 (twenty-one years ago)

it's a football manager pose. Totally Brian Clough.

jel -- (jel), Thursday, 19 August 2004 16:41 (twenty-one years ago)

good point. will he play Stead this weekend is the question.

the neurotic awakening of s (blueski), Thursday, 19 August 2004 16:47 (twenty-one years ago)

I find the Gareth pose to be very anime.

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Thursday, 19 August 2004 17:22 (twenty-one years ago)

To be honest, Ihtought it was a homage to Genesis's 'I Can't Dance' video.

Alba (Alba), Thursday, 19 August 2004 17:24 (twenty-one years ago)

Even Gareth can't hope to approach the majestic heights Phil collins reached in that video.

Leon Czolgosz (Nicole), Thursday, 19 August 2004 17:55 (twenty-one years ago)

the neurotic awakening of s (blueski), Thursday, 19 August 2004 18:59 (twenty-one years ago)

Absolute beauty. (This is where I scheme to get a photo in the next collage.)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Now, as for Gareth rallying the masses...

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:11 (twenty-one years ago)

GOOD LORD HA HA

nickalicious (nickalicious), Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:19 (twenty-one years ago)

Homosexual II (Homosexual II), Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:41 (twenty-one years ago)

You guys didn't see the first one?

ihttp://homepage.mac.com/tombot/.Pictures/Misfits.jpg

TOMBOT, Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Tombot is a magnificent bastard.

Leon Czolgosz (Nicole), Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:46 (twenty-one years ago)

My favorite part is where Gareth's somewhat disinterested pose is slightly supersized for the "YEAH LUST FOR LIFE" bit. And the "WHOOOOO". So absolutely perfect.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Thursday, 19 August 2004 19:48 (twenty-one years ago)

TOMBOT, this deserves a thread of its own!!!

http://www.shopfoodex.com/catalog/images/7592933-0.gif

to you!

What sends the Misfits one over the top is the implications raised by the opening question.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 19 August 2004 20:13 (twenty-one years ago)

You... are teh evil!

Aw hey, I should have said its a GOOD thing to look like norman! (ie you look hottt)

Trayce (trayce), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:19 (twenty-one years ago)

I spy a bass guitfiddle

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:20 (twenty-one years ago)

Hah my poor bass gathers dust, I never got round to learning how to play it properly beyond simple pixies stuff! That bass used to belong to a christian rock band haha!

Trayce (trayce), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:25 (twenty-one years ago)

What kind do you have? I like how you leave the strings au naturel.

roxymuzak (roxymuzak), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:27 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh my god, some of the ILX0rs on this thread are HOTT!!! (I won't embarrass myself by saying which ones. I mean, you're all attractive, but some ... weex! I do have a libido after all. Oh dear!)

Super-Masonic Black Hole (kate), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:28 (twenty-one years ago)

Tombot is a genius.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Its some dodgy Japanese copy, its a really bad cheap thing, I doubt it'd sound terribly good in gigs or anything. Its a Westone Concord. A mate got me new strings for my last bday and strung it for me and yeah I liked the look of the ends all everywhere =)

Trayce (trayce), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:31 (twenty-one years ago)

TOMBOT is indeed evil supergenius to the power of wicked.

Jimmybommy JimmyK'KANG (Nick Southall), Friday, 20 August 2004 08:35 (twenty-one years ago)
