it's less clever and more awkward on the tongue, and at least Pillbox's was timely (says the guy with the labored MC Paul Barman(lol Jew)/Herman's Hermits display name).

some plebs might read "swag and tattoo" as "swag 'n' tattoo", but I don't, and "swag AND" just throws the rhythm off. it's ok when harbl drops a syllable for dramatic/absurdist effect, but not ok to mess with the flow in your case, when the whole gag hinges on pronunciation.
