- i had a derby party at my apt last weekend and it was superfun
- made a shit-ton of chicken and spanish rice last night
- bf still rules/is adorable
- just watching a lot of tv otherwise

I saw that corey was taking a break from the interwebs on FB but that mighta been 2 months ago.

Corey got rid of his computer. It's a very Corey thing - arbitrary self-deprivation. I don't see how he manages to do school work since so many (maybe most) assignments are issued, completed, and submitted via Blackboard only. Seems like a pain in the ass to be tethered to the school computer lab.

I passively requested to be banned here once and seem to remember being told that it would only hold for 24 hours or 3 days or something like that.

in the throes of grad school i thought about asking to be banned. sort of wish i had in retrospect

i self-banned once but i came back

Standing outside a packed straight bar with friends last night, I was accosted by a wild-eyed drunk Croat who brought me over to his two friends -- a Hispanic who may have been a former or current lover and a blond very bro native-born American. Croat asks tentatively if I've a girlfriend or...a boyfriend? When I assure him I'm gay he hugs me tight and babbles about how cute I am, how nice I seem, and so on. He might've been cute himself but his sloppy state made it hard. We exchanged phone numbers and I returned to my circle.

Half an hour ago he sends me a text. I'm thinking of responding. Guess which in his group I was most attracted to though...

I went out last night and danced very gay at a straight club that usually has some homo-presence, but it was total heterosexuville there. When a guy finally hit on me very late, he was so far from my type it wasn't funny.
