Newcastle will fall at the last hurdle I think, they've got to play Chelsea and then City who are back in with a shout of the title. And Everton at Goodison. If they get fourth after that lot they'll have thoroughly deserved it but I don't see it.

i think betting against newcastle is to ignore the reality of the good football they're playing with with decent, and relatively fresh, players. i say they'll finish third. arsenal fourth. i shall lol.

FWIW I reckon Spurs will draw with Villa, beat Bolton and then lose to Blackburn and Fulham. I don't think Gallas and King will be able to cope with Blackburn lumping it up to the Yak at all.

this is the key for me. think redknapp has done well within limits, but needed to rotate the squad a lot more. but the strength of the squad may have resulted in more losses during spurs good run. some of the loans seem really dumb, and they should have bought a cisse or a jelavic or someone in january.
