Sandro continues his mysterious slide into shit. Am guessing Harry will bring Lennon on, but he may be saving him for Monday.

mizzell, Saturday, 7 April 2012 12:43 (fourteen years ago)

that was a terrible match. don't really understand a team being in 8th place coming off a good performance at City playing for a point at home. spurs never offered enough, though.

mizzell, Saturday, 7 April 2012 13:41 (fourteen years ago)

yeah that was awful but both sides bring out the worst in each other rly so not in shock over here tbh

good job booing Bale for having the sheer brass neck to get clattered near the end of the game, you sure showed him Sunderland fans

Rudy Ray Reardon (DJ Mencap), Saturday, 7 April 2012 13:44 (fourteen years ago)

67 min: "If this was match were a bad passing drinking game, where you imbibe for every wayward pass, I'd be sitting in a police sell with no shoes," writes David Fallon. "And it's only the 65th minute."

^homophones aside, this guy gets it

Rudy Ray Reardon (DJ Mencap), Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:05 (fourteen years ago)

oh come on

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:14 (fourteen years ago)

so Doni's fucked up already?

Number None, Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:18 (fourteen years ago)

Kuyt!

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:47 (fourteen years ago)

2-0 to fulham. both goals from dempsey. could be an away win :O

kid steel (cajunsunday), Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:48 (fourteen years ago)

Kuyt what? We've still got four goals in hand on Fulham, I'm not worried.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:54 (fourteen years ago)

Kuyt missed an open goal from 2 yards.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 7 April 2012 14:59 (fourteen years ago)

I suppose it's implicit nowadays. It sounds like Liverpool have mostly been on top thus far?

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:01 (fourteen years ago)

definitely. Except on the scoreboard.

EZ Snappin, Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:09 (fourteen years ago)

Kuyt miss is on 101greatgoals - think Torres still has the gong for worst open goal flub of the season, if we're handing prizes out

W. E. B. Du Bois Goals Panel (DJ Mencap), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:10 (fourteen years ago)

That pesky scoreboard. Why can't it display kit deals?

Let's Talk About Socks (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:11 (fourteen years ago)

Official scoreboard: shots on target 2 - bossing it

we are not bemused (onimo), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:17 (fourteen years ago)

hoping for a big turnaround though, scores like this might make people think Big Eck is a prem level manager

we are not bemused (onimo), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:18 (fourteen years ago)

argh. nearly a lovely goal from duff.

kid steel (cajunsunday), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:20 (fourteen years ago)

dont fulham know muamba is sick?

todays lols are making up for tomorrows result (i'm convinced we are gonna get trounced).

Thoughts? You must have loads. (a hoy hoy), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:25 (fourteen years ago)

I think you'll win tomorrow & kill off City.

I'll feel personally guilty if this game is what lets Villa off the hook.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:29 (fourteen years ago)

1-1 Suarez

W. E. B. Du Bois Goals Panel (DJ Mencap), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:41 (fourteen years ago)

Wigan! Norwich! The racist!

MOTD is gonna be a good one, almost glad I have the night off work and my friend cancelled on plans.

Thoughts? You must have loads. (a hoy hoy), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:42 (fourteen years ago)

fuck off Chelsea

W. E. B. Du Bois Goals Panel (DJ Mencap), Saturday, 7 April 2012 15:50 (fourteen years ago)

whatsa Mata you, hey, gotta no respect?

zappi, Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:00 (fourteen years ago)

Both goals offside? That's title-winning form.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:10 (fourteen years ago)

hmmm, bearing in mind the rest of today's results, an improbable away win at Stoke wd make things interesting.

i can deal with the despair, etc.

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:25 (fourteen years ago)

This is just about the grimmest fixture possible, but the glimmer of hope might save it from that honour.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:28 (fourteen years ago)

struggling to be arsed to stream it tbh

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:30 (fourteen years ago)

probably best "enjoyed" in text form

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:30 (fourteen years ago)

Stoke: Begovic, Shotton, Shawcross, Huth, Wilson, Pennant, Whelan, Whitehead, Etherington, Crouch, Walters. Subs: Sorensen, Jones, Fuller, Upson, Delap, Jerome, Palacios.

Wolverhampton: Hennessey, Stearman, Zubar, Bassong, Ward, Kightly, Henry, Edwards, Jarvis, Ebanks-Blake, Fletcher. Subs: De Vries, Johnson, Berra, Milijas, Davis, Doyle, Forde.

this is p fucking real tbh

The term “hipster racism” from Carmen Van Kerckhove at Racialicious (nakhchivan), Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:34 (fourteen years ago)

ah fuck Henry's back. don't see what can go wrong for him in this relegation battle at his former club.

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 16:35 (fourteen years ago)

Kights again :)

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:04 (fourteen years ago)

3 Tottenham 32 20 59
4 Arsenal 31 21 58
5 Chelsea 32 18 56
6 Newcastle 32 6 56

if we could get arse>newcastle>spurs>chelsea then life would be sweet

Thoughts? You must have loads. (a hoy hoy), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:09 (fourteen years ago)

and so with comic inevitability the equaliser arrives

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:10 (fourteen years ago)

My priority is for Arse-Che to be high-stakes, hence a City win tomorrow.

How are the relative run-ins? Bookies still heavily favour a Spurs-Arsenal top four.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:22 (fourteen years ago)

"no one argues Terry Connor's credentials as a coach"

o-rly.jpg

we are not bemused (onimo), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:40 (fourteen years ago)

didn't say they were credentials as a good coach tbf

red is hungry green is jawless (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:43 (fourteen years ago)

Ah right he has his coaching badges so it's all good. Has there ever been another top flight manager who has never won a game?

we are not bemused (onimo), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:48 (fourteen years ago)

sets up a champion tyre run, and you wanna see him throwing out those cones

j'en ai cache (darraghmac), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:49 (fourteen years ago)

Lombardo won two games, and even Shearer managed one.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:57 (fourteen years ago)

Crouch has a good head for a big man with good feet. Sometimes.

we are not bemused (onimo), Saturday, 7 April 2012 17:58 (fourteen years ago)

1908 Samtusify on Twitter: "So, Pearce chooses Danny Welbeck against Holland although Crouch has been more dangerous in front of goal. England Logic. *slow clap*"

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 18:31 (fourteen years ago)

looooooool

Thoughts? You must have loads. (a hoy hoy), Saturday, 7 April 2012 18:32 (fourteen years ago)

I got a crackin' photo of Alex McLeish. I'll share it later.

Chris, Saturday, 7 April 2012 19:07 (fourteen years ago)

Was it worth it?

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 7 April 2012 19:10 (fourteen years ago)

did you not see his post. he got a crackin' photo of Alex McLeish - of course it was worth it!

Thoughts? You must have loads. (a hoy hoy), Saturday, 7 April 2012 19:25 (fourteen years ago)

Indeed! Got a couple of pics of our very own Stephen Warnock too. The photo of Lucas is what really made the trip worthwhile though ;) Started badly didn't we, but responded well in the second half and deserved the equaliser. Wasn't pretty, but better than recent weeks. Thought Henderson was really good, and Skrtel was back to his best after a couple of dodgy games. Some lovely footwork by Doni btw.

Chris, Saturday, 7 April 2012 19:29 (fourteen years ago)

i can deal with the despair, etc.
