Yeah, I'm curious: we've since heard about other insane instances when a murderer has walked because of this Stand Your Ground shit, but how many of the victims in those instances were white? I really wanna know. I'm gonna guess zero?

aren't people still supposed to be arrested with stand your ground? and THEN let go? i don't know the details but it seems absolutely fucked that these cases apparently don't have to go to court.

As generally anti-gun as I am personally, I have no inherent problem with gun ownership, hunting, shooting on a range, etc. I do, however, have huge problems with people toting guns around and legal concealment of weapons upon one's person and spineless governmental kowtowing to the pro-gun lobby's little pussy baby crying about the dire need of special rights and laws for gun owners. Owning a gun is like driving a car: it is a privilege, not a right, and in a sane and civil country, it should be super fucking easy for you to lose that privilege.
