I'd be quite happy if an ear clean would fix what ails me, but its the sizeable hole in me ear drum thats the ish :( Apaz the only fix is eardrum surgery involving patching it up with skin from yr earlobe (ew!) or wearing hearing aid. Lol, Mozza ahoy!
